    The 5 axis Profile machining center has a 500-24000 rpm spindle with X-axis travel of 259”, Y-axis travel of 28”, Z-axis travel of 14”, C-axis rotation of /- 100 degrees, and a B-axis rotation of /-180 degrees. With the B-axis and C-axis capabilities we can machine nearly all sides of your part in one operation, making it the perfect machine for your extrusion machining needs.

CNC Turning

3J’s CNC lathes have live tooling allowing for cross hole drilling/tapping, and milling.  In many cases providing a complete part, without having a secondary operation in a CNC mill.  3J uses only the best tooling, creating faster feed rates, longer tool life, and less down time, there for providing the customer with high quality parts at a great price.
